Join our dynamic Regional Customer Service and Logistics team, where we ensure seamless End-to-End processes for Intercompany and B2B sales related to Primary Transport across Europe. As an OTC Logistics Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in harmonizing Primary Transport fulfillment with OTC fulfillment, creating a seamless integration between these crucial processes.

Your success in this role hinges on your ability to be recognized as a Business & Financial Logistics partner. You will be entrusted with overseeing the administrative steps necessary for accurate invoicing allocation and timely payment processing. Your responsibilities will include managing incident resolution for over-deliveries and under-deliveries, providing auditable support for precise invoicing. You will also collaborate effectively with customs, the Central Planning Team, local Warehousing Coordinators, and the Customer Service Team.

In addition, you will take charge of pallet management, focusing on administration and reporting. You will identify, select, and lead continuous improvement projects to streamline OTC flows in collaboration with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders. Your ability to provide reliable KPIs will ensure alignment between operational execution and invoicing.

**Required Skills**

› Proficiency in SAP OTC processes  
› Understanding of transportation rules, regulations, processes, and business policies  
› Strong analytical and problem-solving skills  
› Experience with IDOC management, including IT and operational resolution  
› Soft skills acumen

› Ability to develop and manage third-party relationships  
› Capability to meet deadlines and multitask daily activities  
› Professional written and verbal communication skills  

*Tools*

› SAP (Mandatory)  
› PowerBI  
› Excel (Mandatory skills in creating pivot tables, graphs, and using it as a tool for analysis)  

**Required Qualifications**

› HBO Degree or equivalent, preferably in Management, Business, Logistics, or a related field  
› A postgraduate degree (MSc) is a plus  
› Language Skills: English (Required); Second Language (Preferred)  

**Preferred Qualifications**

› University Degree in Management, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field  
› Experience working in a shared services, process-driven, or service center environment  
› Experience in the consumer goods and service industry  
› Good understanding and experience with SAP Order Management processes
