**About the Role**

They are seeking a skilled and motivated C# .NET Developer who will play a key role in the design and development of advanced software and embedded systems that power smart farming solutions. This role offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge cloud technologies, IoT devices, and embedded Linux systems in a dynamic, purpose-driven environment.

**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, develop, and maintain .NET (Core) and C# applications for embedded and cloud-connected systems.
* Collaborate within agile teams to enhance embedded software running on Linux-based devices that communicate continuously with the cloud.
* Apply software design patterns and coding best practices to deliver maintainable, high-quality code.
* Implement and maintain automated testing and unit testing frameworks to ensure software reliability and performance.
* Contribute to CI/CD pipeline optimization and operational improvements.
* Work closely with cross-functional colleagues to align system functionality, scalability, and data integrity.
*Collaborate in an environment that values teamwork, innovation, and continuous improvement.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
* 5–8 years of relevant experience in software development.
* Proficiency in .NET (Core) and C# programming.
* Experience with embedded systems development (preferably on Linux platforms).
* Knowledge of software design patterns, automated testing, and unit testing.
* Experience with Windows and Linux environments.
* Familiarity with Ops and CI/CD pipelines is an advantage.
* An affinity with IoT industry is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills in Dutch and English.
