We are seeking a skilled Functional Consultant to lead and support the global implementation of the SAP Ariba platform. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of procurement and supply chain processes, strong expertise in SAP Ariba solutions, and the ability to align business requirements with technical capabilities.

Responsibilities:

Support the design, configuration, and implementation of the SAP Ariba platform to meet global business requirements.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with Ariba functionalities.
Facilitate workshops and discussions to map current processes and define future-state workflows.
Configure and customize Ariba modules, including sourcing, contracts, procurement, and supplier management, as required.
Assist in integration with other SAP modules and third-party systems to enable seamless operations.
Develop and execute test plans, ensuring system reliability and alignment with business needs.
Provide training and support to end users and key stakeholders to ensure successful adoption.
Identify and resolve project issues, risks, and bottlenecks to keep the implementation on track.
Maintain documentation related to configuration, processes, and user guides.
Qualifications & Experience:

Proven experience in SAP Ariba implementations at a global scale.
In-depth knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and supplier management processes.
Strong expertise in configuring and customizing SAP Ariba modules.
Experience with system integration between SAP Ariba and other SAP solutions or external systems.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to interact with stakeholders across multiple regions.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
