**Position: New Packaging Development Manager**

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced New Packaging Development Manager to lead the end-to-end process of developing innovative packaging solutions. This role is responsible for maintaining and enhancing the packaging development process, ensuring a robust pipeline of new concepts ready for commercialization each year.

**Key Responsibilities**

- Foster ongoing collaboration with global teams in Packaging R&D, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Engineering to stay abreast of emerging packaging and manufacturing technologies, integrating these advancements into the product development lifecycle.
- Manage the new packaging development pipeline in partnership with global teams, ensuring the successful annual launch of value-added, profitable packaging solutions aligned with long-term growth objectives.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to drive the “Concept to Customer” process, bringing new packaging types to market efficiently.
- Partner with global and local marketing teams to provide leadership and support in the design, development, and implementation of new packaging, leveraging market research to address consumer needs.
- Collaborate with manufacturing to identify opportunities for packaging improvements and co-packing, and regularly present project updates to senior leadership.
- Develop, maintain, and update the new packaging development process, ensuring a steady flow of innovative concepts ready for commercialization. This includes:
  - Ideation capture
  - Funnel to focus
  - Proof of concept
  - Business case development
  - ROI validation

**Ideal Candidate Profile**

- Bachelor’s degree in Product Architecture, Packaging Design, Industrial Design, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in marketing, packaging within the FMCG sector, or product management.
- Proven experience in project management and leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in sketching, 3D modeling, and rendering.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and analytical skills.
- Enthusiastic, curious, and able to effectively prioritize business needs.
