About the Role

We are seeking an experienced SAP DRC (Document and Reporting Compliance) Invoicing Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and ongoing management of SAP e‑invoicing and statutory reporting solutions for Country. The successful candidate will bring deep technical knowledge of SAP DRC/eDocument frameworks, a strong understanding of local e‑invoicing regulations, and a track record of delivering integrations with tax authorities and third‑party providers.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end‑to‑end implementation of SAP DRC for e‑invoicing, including requirements capture, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post‑go‑live support.
- Ensure system and process compliance with national tax authority requirements for e‑invoicing and real‑time reporting.
- Configure and optimize the SAP DRC/eDocument cockpit and related components to streamline invoice creation, validation, submission, and exception handling.
- Collaborate with finance, tax, IT, and external partners to align business processes and ensure reliable invoice processing and statutory reporting.
- Manage integrations between SAP and external service providers, such as e‑invoicing platforms and clearing systems.
- Lead functional testing activities, support user acceptance testing (UAT), troubleshoot issues, and provide production support after go‑live.
- Produce clear documentation, deliver training, and transfer knowledge to business users and support teams.
- Monitor regulatory developments and adapt SAP DRC configurations and processes to maintain compliance.

Required Qualifications

- 7+ years’ experience implementing and supporting SAP DRC/eDocument or related e‑invoicing solutions, preferably with exposure to FI and/or SD billing processes.
- Hands‑on expertise with SAP DRC, eDocument Framework, or SAP e‑invoicing technologies.
- Strong understanding of local e‑invoicing regulations and tax authority requirements relevant to the scope of work.
- Solid technical and functional skills in SAP invoicing and billing processes, including troubleshooting invoice processing and integration issues.
- Excellent English communication skills; proficiency in the local language is a strong advantage.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholder relationships and work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Familiarity with third‑party e‑invoicing providers and integration patterns.
- Knowledge of other EU e‑invoicing frameworks or cross‑jurisdictional compliance solutions.
