We are seeking a seasoned Senior PMO Consultant to lead a complex, high-visibility project for one of our key clients. This role requires a strong, strategic thinker who can effectively align multiple departments, synthesize large volumes of information, and ensure clear communication of project goals and dependencies. The successful candidate will bring a proven track record in managing large-scale programs across cross-functional teams, ideally within complex supply chain, R&D, or manufacturing environments.

**Key Responsibilities:**

* Lead and manage the PMO function for a high-impact, multi-departmental project.
* Act as a central liaison between internal stakeholders including Supply Chain, R&D, Manufacturing, IT, and other key departments.
* Facilitate clear, direct conversations to gather, document, and interpret business and technical requirements.
* Collate, organize, and analyze project data to ensure alignment across functional areas.
* Identify risks and downstream impacts early in the project lifecycle and proactively manage mitigation strategies.
* Maintain project governance, reporting structures, and performance tracking in accordance with PMO best practices.
* Drive clarity and accountability across teams, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
* Build strong relationships while also being able to challenge assumptions and address misalignment where necessary.

**Qualifications:**
* 10+ years of experience in project/program management or PMO leadership roles.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable interfacing at all organizational levels.
* Demonstrated ability to work across complex organizational structures and functional silos.
* Experience in Supply Chain, R&D, and/or Manufacturing environments (required); FMCG or Oil & Gas sector experience is a plus.
* High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong personality: able to be firm and direct, yet diplomatic and relationship-oriented.
* Ability to think critically and anticipate project challenges, questions, and future needs.
* PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification is an advantage.

**Work Arrangement:**
* Hybrid role based in Cincinnati, Ohio (some on-site work preferred, but flexible depending on candidate).
* Willingness to travel as needed depending on project phase and stakeholder engagement.
