*Job Description*
As the S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) Manager for Europe, you will spearhead the regional S&OP process, ensuring that our supply chain capabilities are perfectly aligned with our commercial strategies. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a seamless flow of information across various functions, which is crucial for effective demand planning, capacity management, inventory optimization, and delivery performance. You will engage in cross-functional collaboration with teams from sales, marketing, finance, operations, and supply chain to drive and achieve our business objectives.

*Key Responsibilities*

**S&OP Leadership:**
- Take ownership and lead the S&OP process throughout Europe, ensuring it aligns with both global and regional strategies.
- Facilitate monthly S&OP meetings, where you will present data-driven insights and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Develop and maintain S&OP calendars, ensuring all stakeholders adhere to timelines and deliverables.

**Demand and Supply Planning:**
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to gather, validate, and analyze demand forecasts.
- Work hand-in-hand with operations and supply chain teams to ensure supply plans are in sync with demand forecasts and production capacities.
- Monitor and manage inventory levels to minimize costs while meeting service level agreements (SLAs).

**Cross-Functional Collaboration:**
- Serve as a vital link between commercial and operational teams, ensuring alignment on goals and priorities.
- Partner with finance to integrate S&OP outputs into financial planning and budgeting.
- Identify and resolve potential gaps or conflicts between demand and supply plans.

**Performance Monitoring & Improvement:**
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the S&OP process, such as forecast accuracy, inventory turns, and on-time delivery.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of S&OP processes.
- Utilize data analytics tools to provide actionable insights and drive strategic decision-making.

**Stakeholder Engagement:**
- Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization, from operational teams to executive leadership.
- Provide training and guidance to stakeholders to foster a robust S&OP culture within the organization.

*What We Require*

**Education & Experience:**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field is required; an MBA or equivalent is preferred.
- A minimum of 5–7 years of experience in supply chain, demand planning, or related roles.
- Experience working in a multinational environment, preferably within the European region.
