We are a dynamic and thriving company within the supply chain industry, seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Operator fluent in Dutch to join our team. This role involves on-site, full-time positions available at our warehouses located in Breda or Sittard (South Netherlands). The ideal candidate will be proficient in warehouse operations, particularly in utilizing EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) within SAP S4/HANA, and possess strong skills in planning logistics and inventory management.

Position Overview:
The Warehouse Operator will play a crucial role in the efficient functioning of our warehouse operations. This role requires hands-on experience in utilizing EWM within SAP S4/HANA to manage logistics, inventory, inbound and outbound processes, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods through the warehouse.

Responsibilities:

Utilize EWM within SAP S4/HANA for organizing and executing logistics operations, including inbound and outbound processes.
Plan and coordinate logistics activities within the warehouse to optimize efficiency and accuracy.
Oversee stock management and inventory control, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely reconciliation.
Execute and oversee physical inventory counts and cycle counts to maintain accurate stock records.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth warehouse operations and timely order fulfillment.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment adhering to company policies and regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:

Fluency in Dutch (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Proven experience in warehouse operations, preferably with hands-on experience using EWM within SAP S4/HANA.
Strong understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
Proficient in stock management, inventory control, and maintaining accurate records.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate efficiently.
Flexibility to work in either Breda or Sittard warehouses based on business needs.
Forklift or other relevant equipment operation certification (if applicable) is a plus.
