The experienced Agile Project Leader is responsible for the takeover and effective and efficient
execution of the two running projects **(related to low-code development, quality systems and reports, and Microsoft Axapta)** within the company, with a strong focus on Agile
practices. The Agile Project Leader facilitates the timely realization by guiding teams, removing obstacles, and ensuring iterative progress, with continuous improvement and collaboration at its core.

**Tasks:**
* Takeover of the projects and drafting a plan for the agile execution of the projects.
* Lead Agile projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring value creation and efficiency.
* Facilitate Agile events such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
* Coordinate and support cross-functional teams in achieving project goals.
* Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring timely project delivery.
* Communicate project progress, obstacles, and solutions to stakeholders.
* Promote Agile best practices and continuous improvement within the team.
* Ensure alignment between business objectives and project execution.

**Responsibilities:**
* Responsible for delivering projects within scope, budget, and timeline.
* Ensure Agile principles are effectively implemented and followed.
* Foster collaboration between development teams, business stakeholders, and customers.
* Maintain transparency in project status through effective reporting.
* Support product owners in backlog refinement and prioritization.
* Drive a culture of continuous learning and adaptation within the organization.

**Authorization:**
* Authorized to make decisions regarding project execution and team processes.
* Authorized to escalate issues that impact project timelines or quality.
* Authorized, together with the BPO. (Business Process Owner, to allocate resources to ensure
* project success.

**Reports to:**
* Reports to program manager about the progress in the process board.
* Reports to a project carousel (meeting resemble steering committee).
* Provides regular updates to stakeholders and executive sponsors.

**Skills:**
* Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum and/or Kanban).
* Excellent (English) communication and facilitation skills.
* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and conflicting priorities.
* Strong problem-solving and risk management capabilities.
* Experience with change management and Agile transformations.
* Low Code experience is essential.
