**Business Intelligence & Commercial Analytics Manager** Maternity Leave position
*Location: Global | Team: Group Commercial*
Based in The Netherlands (Schiphol)

We are seeking a **Business Intelligence & Commercial Analytics Manager** to drive data-led decision-making across global markets.

In this role, you will lead the **Global Data Lake Program** and serve as the domain expert for **Business Performance Management**. You will manage the **Commercial Power BI Workspace**, mentor BI analysts, ensure data quality, and promote data literacy across the organization. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams globally, contribute to executive meetings, and shape our analytics capability roadmap.

### Key Responsibilities

* Lead and expand the Global Data Lake Program and ensure data quality
* Serve as domain lead for Business Performance Management
* Own and improve the Commercial Power BI Workspace and dashboards
* Deliver ad-hoc analytics and strategic recommendations to senior leadership
* Support monthly and quarterly business reviews with data insights
* Guide global data harmonization and hierarchy alignment initiatives
* Coach BI analysts and develop analytics capabilities across teams
* Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts (e.g. Nielsen)
* Drive strategic pricing and AI analytics pilots across markets
* Present complex data insights in a clear, actionable format for senior stakeholders

### Required Skills & Experience

* 5+ years in a similar analytics or BI role
* Bachelor's or Master’s in Economics, Business, Marketing, or related field
* Proficiency in Power BI, SAP, Nielsen, and Circana data (Must Have)
* Strong analytical and business acumen
* Ability to simplify complex topics for senior audiences
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
* Experience working independently with senior stakeholders
* Fluent in English (written and verbal)
