About the Role
We are seeking a pragmatic, forward-thinking Digital & Technology Functional Excellence Manager to partner with the Head of CIO in designing and embedding a robust process and performance framework for a newly formed Digital & Technology organization. The ideal candidate combines hands-on delivery with strategic insight, strong IT governance knowledge, and experience managing small- to medium-scale initiatives in fast-moving environments.

Key responsibilities
- Design, implement and maintain end-to-end processes, KPIs and dashboards to monitor and drive performance across the Digital & Technology organization.  
- Lead continuous improvement efforts to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.  
- Collaborate with senior leadership to define and embed a process and performance framework aligned to organizational objectives.  
- Manage small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timely delivery, stakeholder alignment and measurable outcomes.  
- Work with cross-functional teams to integrate IT governance standards and best practices into operational activities.  
- Provide pragmatic, actionable guidance to resolve operational and functional challenges across IT and digital domains.

Key requirements
- Demonstrated experience in IT governance and operating models, with familiarity with frameworks such as ITIL, IT4IT or comparable approaches.  
- Proven ability to design KPIs, develop dashboards and implement performance monitoring practices.  
- Strong background in process management and continuous improvement methodologies.  
- Track record of successfully managing small to medium-sized projects within IT or digital functions.  
- Hands-on, practical mindset with the ability to translate strategy into clear, actionable execution.  
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively across teams and stakeholder groups.
