**About the Role:**
Due to the emerging hiring request for Asian markets, we are seeking an experienced and culturally aware International Recruiter based in Europe with a proven track record in hiring across Asian markets such as Vietnam, Singapore and the Philippines. This role requires a deep understanding of local hiring practices, cultural nuances, and market trends in these regions. You will play a key role in attracting top talent and building strong pipelines across multiple functions.

**Responsibilities:**
- Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for roles across Asian countries.  
- Develop sourcing strategies tailored to each market, leveraging job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.  
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements and team dynamics. 
- Screen candidates effectively while taking cultural and communication nuances into account. 
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.  
- Provide market insights and recruitment trends in Asian regions.  
- Ensure a positive candidate experience from initial outreach to onboarding.  

**Requirements:**
- Based in Europe with the ability to work flexible hours to accommodate time zones in Asia.  
- Minimum 3 years of hands-on recruitment and account management experience focused on Vietnam, Singapore and the Philippines or similar Asian markets.  
- Strong understanding of Asian work cultures, communication styles, and hiring trends.  
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.  
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.  
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing tools.  
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.  

**Preferred Qualifications:**
- Multilingual abilities (e.g., English, Vietnamese, Chinese)
- Experience recruiting in both tech and non-tech roles.  
- Previous experience working in a multicultural environment.
