Our client, a multinational leader in the FMCG industry, is seeking a PMO Lead to join their team. This role is crucial for overseeing S4 Hana implementation projects and managing cutover tasks. The PMO Lead will ensure that teams remain aligned and on track, leveraging their expertise to drive project success. The role requires a presence of 3-4 days on-site in the Prague office.

Responsibilities:

Oversee the implementation of S4 Hana projects, ensuring all phases are completed successfully.
Manage cutover tasks, coordinating with various teams to ensure smooth transitions.
Maintain project schedules, keeping teams aligned and ensuring deadlines are met.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and performance, identifying and mitigating risks.
Provide guidance and support to project teams, ensuring adherence to project management best practices.
Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and stakeholders.
Ensure all project documentation is complete and up-to-date.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements related to S4 Hana and project management.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a PMO Lead or Project Manager, specifically with S4 Hana implementation projects.
Strong understanding of cutover tasks and the ability to manage them effectively.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to keep teams on track.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to motivate and guide project teams.
Experience in the FMCG industry or similar is highly desirable.
Ability to work on-site in Prague 3-4 days per week.
Fluency in English is required; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
