Project overview
The Quality & Transition (Q&T) project manages a controlled, risk‑aware transition to the new enterprise system landscape. Responsibilities include preparing, planning and executing end‑to‑end system integration and acceptance testing; establishing and coordinating test communities; authoring E2E test scripts; and defining roll‑out and fallback plans. The role oversees Go‑Live delivery and immediate aftercare across ERP, data, business, technical and ICT domains, and manages the decommissioning of legacy systems and licenses. The project also defines and implements integrations between the ERP and surrounding systems, and ensures monitoring and logging of interfaces. The digital infrastructure is designed for long‑term scalability so that management information and process support are consistently available through ERP.

Role summary — Project Leader
The Project Leader is accountable for planning, executing and delivering a defined project within the program. This includes ownership of timelines, scope, resources and quality to ensure alignment with program objectives and governance. The Project Leader drives the successful implementation of the new ERP and One Way of Working by coordinating cross‑functional stakeholders and external providers.

Key responsibilities
- Translate strategic objectives into detailed program and project plans.
- Lead Quality & Transition workstreams, providing clear direction and decision making.
- Design and facilitate workshops, training and other project activities to enable adoption.
- Manage project scope, schedule and resource allocation; track progress and escalate issues proactively.
- Produce regular, clear reporting for the Program Manager and Steering Committee.
- Coordinate stakeholders and vendors to ensure timely delivery and integration of outputs.
- Ensure all activities align with broader strategic, change and governance plans.

Delivery objectives
- Deliver project outputs on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards.
- Ensure deliverables meet defined acceptance criteria and contribute to program outcomes.
- Foster stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement practices.
- Integrate project deliverables seamlessly into the overall solution landscape.
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial and governance compliance.
- Support and champion program‑level change objectives.

Required experience and skills
- Prince2 Practitioner certification or IPMA B (or equivalent).
- Demonstrated experience on SAP/ERP implementation projects.
- Proven expertise in Quality & Transition disciplines (testing, Go‑Live, aftercare, cutover planning).
- Strong stakeholder management and vendor coordination skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving and risk management capabilities.
- Experience in change management and leading transformational initiatives.
