Position Overview:
The SAP S4/HANA Finance Functional Consultant will play a pivotal role in our organization's SAP landscape. The ideal candidate should possess a senior-level expertise in SAP FICO with hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP Financial modules within an S/4 HANA environment. This role demands proficiency in finance and control functions along with a proven track record in successful end-to-end implementations.

Responsibilities:

Utilize extensive SAP FICO experience to provide functional expertise in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4 HANA Finance modules.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Execute system changes, enhancements, and upgrades while ensuring alignment with business objectives and best practices.
Participate in full lifecycle SAP implementations, including project planning, scoping, design, testing, and deployment.
Provide guidance, support, and training to end-users and stakeholders on SAP functionalities and processes.
Perform system troubleshooting, issue resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
7+ years of progressive experience in SAP FICO roles with a focus on SAP S/4 HANA implementations.
In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in SAP Finance modules (FI, CO, etc.) and their integration with other SAP modules.
Proven track record in end-to-end SAP implementations, including configuration, testing, and deployment within S/4 HANA.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Relevant experience within the FMCG industry is highly preferred.
SAP certifications in relevant modules are a plus.
