We are seeking an accomplished Senior Finance Manager to lead the optimization of our financial processes and systems. This strategic role is responsible for ensuring robust management of intercompany and general ledger reconciliations, leveraging automation and modern finance technology to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

- Finance technology & digital transformation
  - Lead selection, implementation and continuous improvement of ERP and finance automation platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Company or similar).
  - Design and maintain advanced Excel-based models (macros, pivot tables) and integrate automation where appropriate.
  - Evaluate and deploy RPA and AI-driven finance solutions, cloud-based finance tools, and analytics platforms.

- Financial planning & analysis (FP&A)
  - Oversee budgeting, forecasting and financial modeling activities.
  - Perform variance analysis and monitor performance to inform strategic decisions.
  - Drive cost management, profitability optimization, and capital allocation assessments.

- Data-driven decision making
  - Translate financial data into actionable insights and forecasts.
  - Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
  - Conduct scenario and risk analyses to support planning and executive decision-making.

- Process transformation & governance
  - Lead deployment of reconciliation automation (intercompany and GL) and other process automations to reduce manual effort and strengthen controls.
  - Conduct comprehensive assessments of current financial operations to identify automation and efficiency opportunities.
  - Manage integration and customization of finance systems in partnership with IT and cross-functional stakeholders.
  - Establish and maintain documentation, policies and controls to ensure regulatory and audit compliance.
  - Provide training and ongoing support to finance teams to ensure successful adoption and sustained benefits.

Required skills and qualifications

- Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
- Several years of experience in finance leadership, finance transformation, or consulting with demonstrated success implementing automation platforms.
- Proven ERP experience and advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong analytical skills and experience with BI/dashboarding tools.
- Excellent stakeholder management, project leadership and communication skills.
