Role Overview
The HR Manager will shape workplace culture, design and execute talent strategies, and oversee HR operations. You will partner with senior leaders to develop policies, performance frameworks, and engagement initiatives while ensuring compliance with applicable labor regulations and industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Talent acquisition & workforce planning
  - Design and implement recruitment strategies to attract high‑quality candidates.
  - Streamline hiring and onboarding processes to deliver an excellent candidate and new‑hire experience.
  - Collaborate with business leaders to align workforce planning with organizational priorities.

- Employee engagement & culture
  - Foster a positive, productive workplace culture that supports retention and morale.
  - Implement wellbeing programs, engagement surveys, and action plans to improve employee experience.
  - Proactively address and resolve employee concerns, conflicts, and workplace issues.

- Performance management & career development
  - Manage performance review processes, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and calibration.
  - Develop learning and development programs to support skills growth and career progression.
  - Coach managers and employees on performance improvement and career planning.

- HR operations & compliance
  - Maintain and update HR policies, employee handbooks, and workplace guidelines.
  - Ensure compliance with labor laws, tax-related requirements, and employment agreements.
  - Oversee HR administration such as payroll coordination, benefits administration, and leave management.

- Compensation, benefits & rewards
  - Design competitive compensation structures in line with market benchmarks.
  - Manage benefits programs, wellness initiatives, and incentive plans.
  - Develop recognition and rewards programs to reinforce performance and engagement.

- HR technology & analytics
  - Implement and administer HR systems and analytics tools to streamline processes.
  - Use HR data and metrics to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.

- Diversity, equity & inclusion (DEI)
  - Promote inclusive hiring and fair practices across the employee lifecycle.
  - Lead DEI initiatives that support diverse talent development and equitable opportunities.

What You Bring

- Demonstrated experience as an HR Manager or in a senior HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws, compliance requirements, and best practices.
- Expertise in recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and conflict‑resolution skills.
- Experience with HRIS and HR technology (e.g., SuccessFactors, Workday, BambooHR, or equivalent).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and perform effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strategic mindset combined with practical, hands‑on problem solving.
