**Tech Recruitment Brand Manager**

In this pivotal role, you will seamlessly blend marketing, HR, and recruitment strategies to craft and execute compelling branding initiatives. Your mission? To attract, engage, and convert elite tech talent—developers, engineers, product managers, and other technical experts—by leading captivating storytelling efforts, orchestrating impactful digital campaigns, and ensuring our brand resonates authentically across all channels.

**Your Mission**

Your primary objective is to elevate our employer brand and vividly bring our employee value proposition to life, with a strong emphasis on authenticity, diversity, and innovation. You will drive strategic brand campaigns, bolster talent acquisition goals, and make our vibrant culture both visible and irresistible to the tech community.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Employer Branding Strategy:**  
Craft and execute a high-impact employer branding roadmap designed to captivate top-tier tech professionals across the Netherlands, UK, and other European markets.

**Content & Campaign Management:**  
Lead the creation of engaging content across various formats—video, blog, email, social media—and channels such as LinkedIn, YouTube, and job boards. Showcase our culture, teams, mission, and career growth stories.

**Digital Marketing & Social Media:**  
Manage and optimize recruitment marketing campaigns on LinkedIn and other platforms, ensuring content is consistent, engaging, and data-driven.

**Cross-functional Collaboration:**  
Collaborate with recruitment, HR, and marketing teams to align messaging, employer value proposition, and talent acquisition goals.

**Project & Stakeholder Management:**  
Oversee freelance content creators, external partners, and agencies involved in branding and recruitment campaigns.

**Events & Employer Visibility:**  
Enhance the promotion and branding of hiring events, tech talks, hackathons, and webinars.

**Performance Analytics:**  
Monitor KPIs and campaign effectiveness (reach, engagement, conversions) and provide actionable insights to refine future initiatives.

**What You Bring**

* 6–9 years of experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or brand/content strategy, ideally within the tech industry.
* In-depth knowledge of tech hiring markets in Europe, with a preference for the Netherlands and UK.
* Proven track record of success in executing multi-channel recruitment campaigns or branding projects, both in-house and with freelancers/agencies.
* Exceptional storytelling, copywriting, and visual communication skills.
* Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn Campaign Manager, HubSpot, Canva, Figma, or their equivalents.
* An analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into strategic insights.
* Outstanding project management, stakeholder communication, and remote collaboration skills.
* A self-starter attitude with the ability to prioritize, multitask, and meet deadlines.


**Contract Terms**
* Duration: 2 months (freelance/contract), with the possibility of extension
* Location: Remote or hybrid (EU-based preferred)
* Start Date: Immediate availability preferred
